Job Title: Admin Assistant & Floristry Support
Hours: Tuesdays–Fridays, hours negotiable.

Fille à Flleur is an independent flower and gift shop creating beautiful everyday arrangements, event florals and wedding work. We pride ourselves on friendly service and a creative in-store atmosphere.
The role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Admin Assistant to support both front-of-shop and back-office tasks. You’ll split your time between website and order management, general admin and hands-on floristry support.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update website product listings and basic content
- Process online and phone orders; manage order logs and delivery schedules
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and social channels
- General shop organisation: stock checks, invoicing, filing and admin systems
- Assist with floristry: prep, arranging, wrapping and serving customers in-store
- Support events/wedding preparation when required
Who we’re looking for
- Comfortable with technology; able to learn Shopify systems, email systems and spreadsheets quickly
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks
- Friendly, customer-focused and a team player
- Interest in floristry is a plus, full training will be provided
- Reliable and flexible, happy to pitch in during busy periods
