We will always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers, our photos are to give an idea of our style but flowers change weekly and seasonally. We can take requests for certain flowers with notice but where a suitable substitution can be made, we reserve the right to do so without notice.


Returns policy


We really hope that you are completely happy with our products,  and they reach you in a perfect, safe condition.


Plants and Flowers

If you do have a problem with your flowers please get in touch over phone or email, within 24 hours of your order arriving and we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem. Please contact us with photographs which demonstrate any issues. info@filleaflleur.co.uk


Homewares 

We hope that you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by sending us an email to info@filleaflleur.co.uk or by returning in store. Items must be unused and in a perfect re-saleable condition.

 

Workshops

Please note all workshop bookings are non refundable. 


Delivery terms


When making a delivery order with us over the phone, in person, or online through our webshop, please ensure that all details are correct. This will include the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, along with a telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our delivery driver with a safe delivery of your product. 


We will also ask for you to include your own full name, telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase.


Incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems in delivery of your product. Fille à Flleur will not take responsibility for this if there is a mistake in the details provided by the sender. 

 

Cancellation


Please notify us as soon as possible should you wish to amend or cancel your order on 01481 266128 or email us at info@filleaflleur.co.uk . 


If your order has been made, sent out for delivery or delivered then you will be fully charged and no refund will be made.
